Security is a core part of Dance Master Pro. We are committed to protecting customer data through secure infrastructure, controlled access, and operational best practices.
Infrastructure Hosting
Dance Master Pro is hosted on DigitalOcean infrastructure located in Frankfurt, Germany (FRA1).
This EU-based hosting setup supports customers who prefer European data residency and helps reduce concerns related to international data transfers.
Encrypted Connections
All traffic between users and the application is protected through HTTPS encryption. This helps secure data in transit and reduces exposure to interception risks.
Authentication & Access Management
Access to the platform is restricted to authorized users. Authentication controls are applied to user accounts, and role-based permissions are used to limit access to relevant data and functions.
- Authorized user authentication
- Role-based access control
- Administrative separation of permissions where applicable
Application-Level Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the application environment and customer data, including:
- Controlled server access
- Secure configuration practices
- Maintenance updates and operational monitoring
- Measures intended to reduce unauthorized access risks
Backups & Service Continuity
Backup procedures are used to support service continuity and operational recovery where necessary. Backup handling is designed to align with security and retention practices applicable to the service.
Data Retention Safeguards
When a subscription is cancelled, access to the platform is blocked immediately. Data then enters a controlled 30-day quarantine period before being permanently deleted from active systems and databases.
Shared Responsibility
Security is a shared responsibility. Customers are responsible for managing their internal users, choosing appropriate passwords, and assigning permissions carefully within their organization.
