Governing law
Contracts concluded with FCO SRL are governed by Italian law. The place of jurisdiction is Lecco, Italy. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the customer’s country of residence remain unaffected.
Online dispute resolution
The European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform ceased operations on 20 July 2025. We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
