The ordering process, step by step
Five clear steps from cart to fully configured dance studio.
Everything you need to know before you start.
1 – Choose your plan in the Shop
Visit the Shop section and pick the product that fits your studio. Two products are available, each with monthly or yearly billing — choose what works best for your business.

- Pick Monthly or Yearly
2 – Add to cart and complete checkout
Add the selected plan to your cart and complete the purchase by filling in the requested billing and contact details. Once your payment is confirmed, the system automatically starts provisioning your account and your school.
3 – Receive your two confirmation emails
Within a few minutes after payment you’ll receive two separate emails. The first gives you access to your customer area; the second activates your studio inside the application.
4 – Sign in and configure your studio
Once your password is set, log in to the management application using three pieces of information:
Portal: https://academy.dancemasterpro.com
- Your email
- Your password
- Academy ID
From there you can fully configure your studio: courses, classrooms, instructors, students, schedules and payments.
5 – Open the customer portal for your students
Your customers access a dedicated portal reserved for your studio at:
https://customers.dancemasterpro.com
A student can self-register only if their email is already in your student registry inside the admin app. To sign in they use:
- Student / parent email (registered by you)
- Their personal password
- Your Academy ID
From the portal, students browse your courses and announcements and — if you enable it — pay you online securely via Stripe (if enabled).
