From standalone courses to all-you-can-dance memberships, Dance Master Pro lets you sell your offering exactly the way your students want to buy it.
Two pricing philosophies, one platform
Every dance school has its own personality. Some sell focused, single-course experiences — a beginner ballet class, an advanced contemporary workshop, a tap intensive. Others build community through unlimited-access memberships where students can drop into anything on the schedule. Dance Master Pro supports both models natively, side by side, in the same school.
Single courses: clean, simple, predictable
When you create a regular course, you decide the frequency — annual, half-yearly, quarterly, monthly, package-based, single-class drop-in, or subscription — and the price. Students enroll, pay according to that frequency, and Dance Master Pro tracks every installment, every payment, every invoice in a clean grid where you see at a glance who’s paid and who hasn’t.
You can mix frequencies in the same school: your kids’ Saturday hip-hop class might be billed quarterly while your adult tango course runs on a monthly subscription. Each course keeps its own logic.
AYCD: All You Can Dance
The AYCD plan is a parent course that contains other courses as children. The student pays one fee — monthly, quarterly, annual, whatever you decide — and gets access to all the courses bundled inside. Perfect for adult open programs, kids’ multi-discipline packages, or “all studio access” memberships that drive retention and average revenue per student.
When you set up an AYCD plan, you specify which child courses are included and an optional cap (for example: max 2 disciplines per week). Students enroll once at the parent level, and their access automatically extends to every child course you’ve bundled in.
Why the distinction matters
The difference isn’t just billing — it’s how the school presents itself. Single courses say “we offer specific products at specific prices.” AYCD says “we’re a community, come and explore.” Most successful schools run both: a clear catalogue of focused courses for newcomers, and an AYCD upgrade path for committed students.
Dance Master Pro is the only management platform built around this dual logic from the ground up. You’ll see it everywhere: in the payment grid (separate Class and AYCD tabs), in revenue reporting (AYCD revenue is tracked at the parent level so you don’t double-count), in the SEPA export module (AYCD installments collected as a single recurring payment), and in the student portal (where students see their AYCD membership as a single line, not a confusing list of every child course).
A real-world example
Imagine you run a school with 200 students. 120 of them buy single courses — €280 for an annual ballet course, €120 for a quarterly hip-hop block. The other 80 pay €60/month for an AYCD plan that includes ballet, hip-hop, contemporary and Pilates. With Dance Master Pro you handle both groups in one interface, generate one set of invoices, run one SEPA collection cycle, and produce one consolidated revenue report — without ever having to decide “which kind of school am I?”
You’re both. Dance Master Pro is built for that.
