Bank reconciliation for dance schools takes minutes instead of an afternoon. Upload your bank’s PDF statement and Dance Master Pro matches every SEPA direct debit or transfer to the right student and the right monthly fee. You only check the doubtful rows and confirm.
The matching engine of the AI assistant
Every row of the statement is read and set beside your open fees, looking for the student in several ways at once.

Mandate reference and IBAN
The SEPA mandate reference and the payer’s IBAN are the strongest keys: when they match, the row is certain.
Names, even when they differ
The account holder is compared with students and parents, and the student’s name is read from the payment reference, even when the payer has another surname.
It learns your families
Fix a match once and it is remembered: next month that payer is recognised on its own.
Green, amber, red
Green when the match is certain and the amount covers the month’s fees to the cent, already ticked. Amber for siblings, discounts or similar names. Red when you need to choose.
Book in one click, undo if needed
Confirm and the payments are recorded with the same engine as manual entry. The collected month is read from the file name and can be changed. Made a mistake? Undo.
Bank data stays safe
The PDF is deleted right after reading. Only a one-way fingerprint of the IBAN and its last 4 digits are kept, enough to recognise the payer next time.
Bank reconciliation: frequently asked questions
Do I need SEPA mandates stored in Dance Master Pro?
No. With mandates the match is even more certain, but it also works with the account holder’s name and the payment reference, for example when your direct debits are created in your bank’s own software.
Which statements can I upload?
The PDF report of your SEPA direct-debit collection, as your bank provides it. If your bank’s layout is not recognised, send us an example and we will add it.
What if a match is wrong?
Change it before confirming. If you have already confirmed, undo the booking and the fees go back to open.
Are returned direct debits handled?
Not yet: returned debits are handled separately for now.
